Start with TravelCare Delay Assist
Flight delays can happen, and when they do, a little extra support can go a long way.
TravelCare Delay Assist is a benefit included in SCTI International Comprehensive Single Trip policies, providing a $50 digital voucher when your flight is registered within the required timeframe (at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure) and is delayed by 2 hours or more (within 24 hours of the scheduled departure), providing a practical benefit to you during your trip or when you return home.

*TravelCare Delay Assist is a benefit included within your SCTI International Comprehensive Single Trip policy. You must register your eligible flight details at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. A delay must meet the minimum threshold (2 hours or more) to trigger benefits, and occur within the 24-hour period prior to its scheduled departure time. Customers will be notified via the SMS and email address provided during registration. Customers can register up to 10 flights for a maximum of 8 travellers who must be named on the policy. Customers will need to have activated roaming or have access to Wi-Fi to receive an SMS and/or email. Please read the TravelCare Delay Assist Endorsement.
**Digital vouchers entitlement is per person on the policy subject to a total policy limit of $800. Individual vouchers are not issued.
